Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design process from research to high-fidelity execution.
- Design intuitive and conversion-focused interfaces for eCommerce web applications.
- Drive CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) through strategic user experience designs.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to improve experience.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems and UI guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with Product / Project Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.




- Ensure UX best practices, CRO principles, and usability standards are followed.
- Review and provide feedback on design outputs from team members.
- Lead and mentor junior designers, ensuring quality and consistency across projects.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate design implementation.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in UI/UX design (mandatory).
- Mandatory experience working on eCommerce web applications.
- Proven team leadership and mentoring experience.
- Robust portfolio demonstrating user-centric and conversion-driven design projects.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability standards.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and web design best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of professional UI/UX design experience required.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
