Role & Responsibilities

- Prepare competitive freight quotations for the US Trade Lane (Ocean & Air Freight).
- Handle pricing for FCL, LCL, and Air Freight shipments.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and transport vendors to obtain the best rates.
- Negotiate freight rates while maintaining target profit margins.
- Respond to customer RFQs and support the Sales team with timely quotations.
- Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into confirmed business.
- Monitor freight market trends, carrier rates, and surcharges.
- Maintain pricing records and ensure accuracy of quotations.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for seamless shipment execution.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with customers, carriers, and overseas partners.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred).
- 25 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Sales & Pricing.




- Hands-on experience in the US Trade Lane.
- Strong knowledge of Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL) and Air Freight.
- Good understanding of Incoterms and international logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and freight forwarding software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
