Job Profile

- Screen candidates resumes and job applications through telephonic interview using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Coordinate physical/ online interviews with senior members and team leaders.
- Managing the employee onboarding process.
- Managing employee queries and concerns.
- Leave and attendance management.

Job Requirements

- Sound knowledge in all functions of HR.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
- Demonstrates qualified attitude and etiquette.
- Excellent Knowledge of MS Office.

Job Title: Associate Instructor

Job Location: Gurgaon

Work Mode: Work from office, 5 days a week

Experience: 1-3 years

Education: Graduate preferable in Mathematics or B.Sc.
