- Develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and market research.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain expertise in the field.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in agency channel or agency sales/broking/general insurance sales/motor insurance/insurance broking.
- Solid understanding of general insurance policies (health, motor, home) and ability to sell them effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
