Role & Responsibilities

Candidate would support HR Operations activities of around 2000+ employees but not limited to and would also be involved in other projects at Client side as and when required for entire Indore. Should be Tech savvy and have worked on any HRMS system preferably Success Factor. (Preferred but not mandatory).

Candidate will be responsible for following activities but not limited to :

- Managing end-to-end employee onboarding processes and ensuring a seamless joining experience.
- Administering payroll-related activities and ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Addressing employee queries and grievances effectively while ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Providing timely resolution to HRBP queries related to HR policies, processes, and operational transactions.
- Managing employee exit formalities and ensuring smooth execution of the separation process through the employee's Last Working Day (LWD).




- Handling end-to-end Employee Life Cycle (ELC) processes, including onboarding, employee data management, transfers, payroll support, and separation activities.

Skills & Knowledge :

- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and agile in managing HR operations and employee transactions.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and process compliance.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn and grow.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience:

- Incumbent should have 2-3 years of experience in any HR process
