Purpose

The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing suspension and steering system issues using advanced diagnostic equipment. It involves replacing worn-out components such as shocks, struts, and control arms to ensure vehicle stability and performance. The job requires expertise in wheel alignment, including precise caster, camber, and toe adjustments.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Accuracy in diagnosing issues using diagnostic tools
- Number of successful diagnoses per month
- Number of successful repairs and replacements
- Quality of repairs based on customer feedback
- Precision in alignment based on manufacturer specifications
- Reduction in uneven tire wear and handling issues
- Number of completed inspections per month
- Effectiveness in identifying potential failures
- Completion of scheduled maintenance tasks




- Reduction in repeat repairs
- Number of successful test drives without further issues

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-6 years of experience as a Driver Trainer or similar role.

- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with trainees, colleagues, and management.

- Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.

- Proficiency in conducting test drives, diagnosing issues, repairing vehicles when necessary

Demonstrate a proactive and results-oriented approach to work. Exhibit solid leadership and team collaboration skills and have Managed high-value accounts, ideally with Govt. customers.
