Job Summary

The Business Development Manager Agency will be responsible for driving sales through the agency channel by recruiting, training, activating, and managing advisors. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building a highperforming advisor network, and generating sustainable revenue growth in line with the organizations goal sheet.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, halfyearly, and annual sales targets through advisors
- Recruit, onboard, and develop quality advisors
- Drive advisor activation and improve productivity
- Track performance and provide regular coaching and support
- Build robust relationships to ensure advisor retention
- Conduct sales activities and business development initiatives
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Achievement of monthly, quarterly, halfyearly, and annual sales targets
- Recruitment and activation of advisors
- Development of at least 1 MDRT Advisor
- Revenue generation as per goal sheet
- Growth in advisor productivity and premium collection
