Job Title: IT Project Manager _ Technical Lead Project Manager-Python

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 7-12 years

Budget: As per previous CTC

- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification required
- Strong foothold in Lean/project improvement initiatives and strong project management background
- Need to have worked on improvement projects (non tech as well)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) & ability to articulate
- Results driven, with a robust sense of accountability. Able to function autonomously
- Ability to manage large workloads and tight deadlines
- Proactive & effective collaborator
- Excellent presentation & problem solving skills
- Good understanding of Banking operations, not mandatory though
- Great skills with MS Office suite
- International exposure preferred
- Should be open to travel (if required)
- Hands on experience in Python
- Need AI, VBA, Macros
- more of technical exp with Banking domain.
- Process Improvement.
