Position: AI Engineer

Location: Pune, India (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities

- Implement AI & LLM Workflows: Work with the platform's AI/LLM layerAWS Bedrock (Anthropic Claude models) and Azure OpenAIto support agentic workflows, document processing, and intelligent search features.
- Architect Agentic & LLM Systems: Design and implement agentic and LLM-driven features using orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph or LangChain,including prompt design, tool/function calling, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and evaluation of model output quality.
- Leverage AI-Assisted Development Tools: Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) responsibly to accelerate coding, refactoring, test generation, and code review—while critically reviewing generated output for correctness, security, and maintainability rather than accepting it blindly.

Required Qualifications





- Practical AI Tooling Experience: Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools in day-to-day coding, with sound judgment about when to trust, verify, or discard AI-generated output.
- LLM & Agent Framework Familiarity: Familiarity with building LLM- or agent-powered features—including prompt engineering, tool/function calling, RAG, and orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph or LangChain.
- AI Domain Experience (Plus): Experience with AI/LLM-integrated products or regulated industries (pharma, healthcare, finance) is a solid plus.
