Gios Technology is looking to hire Recruiters to support IT recruitment for major international clients. We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering an excellent candidate experience and committed to matching the right candidates with the right opportunities.

This is a full-time, office-based role located in Perungudi-OMR. Candidates must be able to travel to the office on a daily basis.

Shift Timings 1:30 to 10:30 PM IST (No Cab Facility)

We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you develop your recruitment skills and build a successful career with us.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience screening CVs and conducting initial telephone and video interviews.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with candidates and Account Managers to ensure smooth communication.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media platforms, email campaigns, skilled networking, and headhunting.




- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Recruit for Contract, Permanent, and C2H (Contract-to-Hire) positions.
- Prepare recruitment materials, post job advertisements, and send emails to relevant candidate sources.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the best talent is hired within agreed timelines.
- Maintain regular communication with selected candidates until they join the company and complete all onboarding formalities.
