Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing & Engagement

Identify and source experienced IT professionals (1-8 years) for roles in Software Development, Cloud, Data Science, DevOps, and more.
Utilize different platforms to find relevant candidates.
Develop and manage a strong candidate pipeline with regular engagement.

Screening & Shortlisting

Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' technical and soft skills.
Evaluate work experience, technical expertise, salary expectations, and cultural fit.
Work closely with clients to understand their job descriptions, hiring preferences, and team needs.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as a strategic hiring partner for IT firms, ensuring their hiring needs are met efficiently.
Provide market insights on salary trends, hiring challenges, and candidate availability.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

1-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, hiring,



or talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of IT roles & technologies (e.g., Java, Python, React, AWS, DevOps, Data Science).
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Resdex, and GitHub.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills for candidate engagement.
Ability to prioritize multiple roles and work in a rapid-paced hiring environment.
A proactive and target-driven mindset to meet hiring goals.
