• Manage(AMC),
• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of Service Engineers, Fire Alarm Technicians, Pump Technicians, Fire Hydrant Technicians, Fire Officers, Fire Marshals, and subcontractors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Required Candidate profile
• Drive AMC renewals
• Follow up on quotations and maximize closure rates
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service MIS reports.
• Experience managing multiple service sites across Mumbai and Pune
