Job Description : Program / Delivery Manager
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Program / Delivery Manager to lead and govern strategic customer programs end-to-end while also acting as a key bridge between delivery, talent acquisition, and capability-building functions.
This role goes beyond traditional program management and requires ownership of program execution, resource planning, talent fulfillment, skill development, and delivery readiness to ensure successful program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
1. Program Delivery & Execution:
Own end-to-end delivery of strategic programs, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, quality, and cost commitments.
Establish governance models, review mechanisms, and delivery cadences.
Track program health, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
Drive customer communication, reporting, and stakeholder management.
Ensure successful delivery across multiple workstreams and teams.
2. Resource Planning & Talent Fulfillment
Forecast program-level demand based on roadmap, milestones, and delivery plans.
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition (TA) and Resource Management Group (RMG) teams to define and fulfill resource requirements.
Track open demands, hiring progress, onboarding timelines, and closure metrics.
Ensure the right talent is aligned at the right time and at the right cost.
Actively manage internal vs external resource sourcing strategy.
3. Talent Acquisition Coordination
Partner with TA teams to:




Prioritize open positions
Validate skill requirements
Review candidate fullfillment
Accelerate interview closures
Participate in hiring discussions for critical program roles.
Support interview planning, demand prioritization, and hiring governance.
4. Capability Building & Readiness
Assess skill gaps against current and future program needs.
Define role-specific capability-building plans for current and existing resources.
Drive onboarding plans, training programs, certifications, and knowledge transfer.

Ensure delivery teams are customer-ready and technically aligned.
Work with Service Line leaders to build niche capabilities for upcoming
demands.

Required Skills & Experience

1) Program Management
12+ years of experience in IT Delivery / Program Management.
Strong experience in managing large-scale enterprise programs.
Expertise in governance, stakeholder management, risk management, and financial oversight.
2) Resource Management
Experience in demand forecasting, workforce planning, and talent fulfllment.
Strong understanding of hiring lifecycle and recruitment coordination.
3) Capability Development
Experience in competency building, onboarding frameworks, and team
readiness programs.
4) Leadership
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to work across Delivery, TA, Service Lines, and Customer teams.
