Role Description The Intern (with mindset) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The intern will support daily operations related to property verification, data collection, and documentation, working closely with the core team to ensure accurate and timely reports.

Responsibilities may include researching property records, organizing information from public and legal databases, assisting in quality checks, and contributing to process improvements. The role also involves collaborating with team members on basic analysis, preparing internal summaries,



and helping maintain organized digital and physical records. This position is designed for individuals eager to learn, take initiative, and grow in a rapid-paced, mission-driven environment focused on transparency in real estate.

Qualifications

Strong research and analytical mindset, with the ability to gather, interpret, and organize property-related information.

Basic understanding of real estate, finance, or legal concepts is beneficial; willingness to learn and ask thoughtful questions is essential.

Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, presentations) and comfort working with online databases and web applications.

Clear written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.

Demonstrated reliability, ownership, and problem-solving attitude; ability to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate effectively with a small team.

Pursuing or recently completed studies in fields such as Business, Commerce, Economics, Urban Planning, Law, or related disciplines is an advantage.

Interest in technology-driven solutions and data-informed decision-making in the property sector is a plus.
