About The Role The Internal Audit Analyst I at eJAmerica plays a vital role within the Finance & Administration, Internal Audit Department. This full-time, permanent position based in Bangalore offers an exciting opportunity for professionals eager to contribute to the organization’s risk management and compliance framework. The primary responsibility of this role is to execute an annual risk-based audit plan, encompassing operational, financial, and compliance audits across various conferences, geographic units, and organizational functions.

Reporting directly to the Manager of Accounting, the Internal Audit Analyst will oversee the execution and quality of audit activities, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and best practices. This role does not involve direct reports but requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work under general guidelines to deliver high-quality audit outcomes.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a relevant educational background,



with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An undergraduate degree such as a Bachelor of Commerce is preferred. Candidates should have 2-4 years of auditing experience, preferably within public accounting or similar environments.

Certifications such as CA, CPA, or CIA are considered advantageous, though not mandatory. The role requires candidates to be technologically savvy, with strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Apps and Microsoft Office applications like Word and Excel. Knowledge of Oracle NextGen and GRC systems is a plus.

Excellent communication skills in English, along with strong interpersonal abilities such as problem-solving, teamwork, and effective articulation of audit issues, are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities The Internal Audit Analyst I will be responsible for participating in the planning and execution of integrated audits, ensuring comprehensive evaluation of controls and compliance.

Key responsibilities include executing audit procedures to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of operational, financial, and compliance controls, while completing assigned tasks within established timeframes and budgets.



The role requires thorough documentation of test work and the ability to write high-quality audit issues with quantification and supporting evidence for inclusion in audit reports directed to executive management. The incumbent must articulate audit findings and associated risks clearly and professionally to management, fostering a collaborative approach with business and technology partners across the organization.

Additionally, the role involves ongoing career development through training and participation in special projects and administrative duties as required, accounting for approximately 10% of responsibilities.
