Red Rabbit Racers (R3) is one of India's leading motorsport teams, committed to developing racing talent and promoting motorsports across the country. Established in 2019 by Dipanjan Biswas , R3 has grown into a nationally recognised racing organisation competing in karting, circuit racing, rallying, and international endurance championships. Our team consists of professional drivers, race engineers, mechanics, media professionals, and motorsport enthusiasts who work together to create opportunities for aspiring racers. R3 proudly represented India at the Dubai Kartdrome Endurance Championship , securing 1st and 2nd Overall in the Nations Cup (2020, 2022, 2024) , and continues to compete across India, the Middle East, and Asia.

Motorsport Marketing & Operations Intern

Location: Greater Kolkata Area (Hybrid)

Job Type: Full-Time Internship

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our growing team. This role offers hands-on exposure to the business and operational side of professional motorsports.

As an intern, you will work closely with multiple departments, supporting race operations, marketing initiatives, business development activities, event execution, and administrative functions. This internship is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in sports management, motorsports, marketing, events, or business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and coordinating racing events, academies, and promotional activities.
- Support race weekend logistics and operational planning.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Maintain databases, reports, and operational documentation.
- Assist with social media management and digital marketing campaigns.




- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Coordinate with drivers, parents, partners, sponsors, and vendors.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
- Support sponsorship and partnership initiatives.
- Assist in day-to-day office operations and special projects assigned by the management team.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi) (written and verbal)
- Solid organisational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is preferred
- Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing
- Good research, analytical, and documentation skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Team player with a proactive attitude

Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
- Business Administration
- Marketing
- Sports Management
- Mass Communication
- Event Management
- Engineering
- Commerce
- Or any related discipline
- Passion for motorsports, automobiles, racing, or sports management is highly desirable.
