Duties and Responsibilities

Their key activities: Support in processing volumes due to resource issues (low priority and non-complex PO’s / SO’s) SOPs & Process maps for key activities – important for training new team members and backups, also for creating standard processes data collection and validation including mapping of data, cleansing of old & outdated data (specially aged open PO’s and sales orders pertaining to 2024 & prior) which is time consuming and current team members are unable to spend time work on time and motion study for each of the activities of the 3 teams standard reports for stakeholders.

The operational risk or bottleneck this temporary support is mitigating Managing volumes to clear off backlog and on-time processing of orders Back up for team members to focus on critical and import activities Cleansing of old data which will improve the quality of data Resource planning with help of positive time & motion study which is not possible today as team members are busy Data collection can help in identifying areas of improvement or automation.
