Role Description This is an in office internship role based in Noida sector 142. The Intern will support day-to-day talent management activities, including coordinating with influencers, assisting in campaign planning, and helping manage brand collaborations.

Responsibilities may include basic research on influencers and trends, drafting simple briefs or reports, maintaining databases, and supporting communication across teams. The Intern will also help with routine administrative tasks, documentation, and follow-up to ensure timely execution of campaigns.



This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in talent management, influencer marketing, and campaign operations.

Qualifications

- Interest in talent management, influencer marketing, and brand partnerships.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Basic research and data organization skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work on-site in Ballabgarh, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email, messaging platforms).
- Positive, proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.
- Relevant coursework or prior exposure to marketing, communications, or media is an advantage.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in marketing, communications, business, media studies, or a related field is preferred.
