Role & responsibilities
Skills & Responsibilities:
1. Good English communication skill
2. Solid customer interaction skills. A+ desktop or equivalent skillset
3. knowledge of windows operating system workplace
4. Good technical skills in solving Windows related issues
5. Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Networking
6. Knowledge of Outlook, O365
7. Coordinates with the on-call support provider and other vendors for call closure
8. Knowledge of ticketing tools (SUMMIT, Remedy, Service Now, etc).
This job requires travelling which includes local & projects need basis since bike is compulsory
