About the Role

At "The Derma Co" we are strengthening our focus on South India through brand and D2C initiatives. We are looking for a Brand Intern who can bring a strong understanding of the South Indian market, culture, and content landscape.

This role is ideal for someone who can act as our “eyes and ears” for the South — helping us stay relevant with trends, cultural nuances, and regional insights.

Work location - Gurgaon

Preferred Languages - Tamil /Telegu/ Kannad/ Malayalam Key Responsibilities

Track and analyze social media trends across South Indian markets

Provide insights on regional content, cultural nuances, and audience behavior

Support in ideation of South-focused content, campaigns, and activations

Identify key festivals, seasonal moments, and viral trends relevant to the region

Assist in adapting brand communication for South audiences

Share regular feedback and actionable intel with the marketing team

Requirements





Strong understanding of South Indian culture and digital landscape

Knowledge of at least one South Indian language (Tamil preferred); familiarity with multiple languages is a plus

Interest in social media, content, and digital marketing

Good communication and analytical skills

Ability to work from the Gurgaon office
