Experience : 2 Year Key Responsibilities – Residential Interior Site Supervisor - Supervise day-to-day execution of residential interior projects at site.

- Manage and coordinate all vendors, contractors, and skilled labor to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure work is completed as per the agreed schedule.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and company standards.
- Coordinate with the design, project management, and procurement teams for seamless execution.
- Inspect materials delivered at site and ensure proper usage to minimize wastage.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution issues promptly.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and share updates with the project team.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work setting.
- Attend client meetings at site, provide project updates, and address execution-related concerns professionally.
- Coordinate handover activities and ensure timely project completion with minimal snag points.
