₹2.16 – ₹3 LPA Key Responsibilities: ✔ Manage procurement of materials and services for ongoing projects

✔ Obtain competitive quotations and ensure cost-effective purchasing

✔ Negotiate with suppliers for the best quality, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules

✔ Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships

✔ Monitor deliveries and ensure supplier compliance with agreements

✔ Maintain vendor database and commodity lists

✔ Coordinate with Estimator & Biller for material planning, utilization, and reconciliation





✔ Track and expedite material deliveries whenever required Eligibility: ✅ 1–5 years of experience in Purchase (Interior, Construction, or Real Estate industry preferred)

✅ Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills

✅ Good understanding of construction materials and market pricing

✅ Ability to evaluate suppliers and market conditions effectively
