Role Description The Interior Design & Sales Representative role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves meeting prospective clients, understanding their lifestyle, design preferences, and budget, and presenting tailored interior design solutions that align with their requirements.

The representative will create and refine space plans, collaborate with designers on concepts, furniture layouts, and FF&E; selections, and prepare proposals and quotations. Daily responsibilities include conducting showroom or site visits,



explaining product and material options, coordinating with project and installation teams, and tracking leads through to closure to achieve sales targets. The role also requires maintaining accurate documentation, following up with clients to ensure satisfaction, and contributing to a high-quality customer experience throughout the design and execution process.

Qualifications

- Ability to plan and optimize interior spaces, with strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design.
- Knowledge of Furniture selection and layout, and familiarity with FF&E; (fixtures, fittings, and equipment) for residential interiors.
- Strong Communication skills, including client-facing interactions, presentation of design concepts, and clear documentation.
- Experience in interior design, sales, or related fields within home interiors or real estate is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru, with the ability to visit client locations and coordinate with internal teams.
- Proficiency in basic design tools or software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) is an advantage.
- Relevant educational background in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline is beneficial.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.
