About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at ModScale. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining innovative software applications that meet the evolving needs of our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating scalable and efficient software systems.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

Proven experience in software development, with proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.

Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and handle multiple priorities effectively.





Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement robust software solutions that meet client requirements and adhere to best practices.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand project goals and translate them into technical specifications.

Maintain and improve existing applications, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Document software processes, architecture, and code to facilitate future maintenance and upgrades.
