Role Description This is a full-time, in office Interior Designer role based in Pune.

The Interior

Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, creating detailed layouts, and preparing presentations for client review. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, collaborating with architects and construction teams, preparing and reviewing construction drawings, and selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) that align with project requirements and budgets. The role also involves site visits, coordinating with vendors and contractors, ensuring design intent is maintained during execution,



and adapting designs based on client feedback and project constraints.

The Interior

Designer will contribute to project documentation, support project scheduling, and uphold company standards for design quality and safety.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills to create functional, aesthetically pleasing layouts.

Candidates should possess Architecture and Construction Drawings skills to develop and interpret technical plans and documentation.

Candidates should possess FF&E; skills to select and coordinate furniture, fixtures, and equipment that meet design, durability, and budget requirements.

Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).

Strong visualization, color and material selection abilities, and attention to detail.

Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, vendors, and construction teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and conduct on-site inspections in Pune.
