Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer/Elevation Architect role based in Serilingampalli. The role involves developing interior layouts and elevation concepts for residential projects, focusing on aesthetics, functionality, and structural feasibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, preparing design presentations, creating detailed drawings and specifications, and selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) aligned with project requirements and budgets.

The Interior

Designer/Elevation Architect will collaborate with architects, engineers, and site teams, coordinate with vendors,



and support clients in design-related decisions throughout the project lifecycle. The role also includes periodic site visits to ensure design implementation quality and adherence to project timelines.

Qualifications Robust Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to create functional and visually appealing layouts.

Proficiency in Architecture and Elevation design, including coordination between interior and exterior concepts.

Experience preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings, ensuring accuracy and feasibility for execution.

Capability in FF&E; selection and specification, including materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures.

Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Strong visualization, detailing, and documentation skills, with attention to quality and safety standards.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Good communication skills for client interaction, vendor coordination, and on-site guidance.

Prior experience in residential construction or design projects in a similar role is an advantage.
