Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural/ interior design concepts, schematic designs, design development, and construction drawings for hospitality projects.
- Prepare presentation drawings, GFCs, and detailed documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, lighting, landscape, and other consultants.
- Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and site coordination.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, local regulations, and quality benchmarks.
- Support projects from concept design through execution.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
- 3 to 8 years of relevant experience, with hands-on exposure to hospitality projects such as hotels, club houses, resorts, serviced apartments, restaurants, or luxury developments.
- Solid design and detailing skills with a portfolio demonstrating hospitality work. With good concept designing background.( preferably from reputed consultancy firms)




- Should have strong knowledge of Current Design Trends and latest materials.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and visualization tools such as Enscape, Lumion, photoshop.
- Must have latest AI integration exposure/ experience .
- Good understanding ofconstruction detailing, coordination, and project delivery.
- COA registration is preferred.

Preferred Profile Candidates with experience working on hospitality projects in reputed architecture or interior design firms will be preferred.
