What You'll Be Doing:

- Lead end-to-end execution of residential and commercial interior projects.
- Plan project timelines, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, production teams, site engineers, vendors, and contractors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure execution aligns with approved drawings and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and project review meetings.
- Manage project budgets, material planning, procurement coordination, and cost control.
- Oversee production schedules and ensure timely manufacturing and installation of modular furniture.
- Track project milestones, identify risks, and implement proactive solutions to avoid delays.
- Review BOQs, technical drawings, and project documentation for execution accuracy.
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to company standards throughout the project lifecycle.




- Handle change requests, project documentation, progress reports, and client communications.
- Lead project handovers, snag resolution, and post-completion coordination to ensure complete client satisfaction.

Who We're Looking For:

- 4–6 years of experience in interior design, turnkey fit-outs, or construction project management.
- Proven experience managing residential and commercial interior projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior execution, modular furniture, site coordination, and project planning.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of BOQs, technical drawings, budgets, and execution workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD; experience with project management or ERP software is an added advantage.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of making informed decisions under pressure.
