Role: Project Manager/Site Manager We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager/Site Manager to lead the execution of residential interior design projects across Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate must have prior experience managing turnkey residential interior projects and be capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Mandatory Requirements 3–5 years of experience as a Project/Site Manager in a residential interior design/turnkey interiors company.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.

Proven experience managing residential interior projects from site handover through final delivery.

Strong understanding of residential interior construction, modular furniture, MEP coordination, finishes, and site execution.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.

Hands-on experience coordinating with modular factories, contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other site execution teams.

Willingness to travel across project sites in Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and execute multiple residential interior projects simultaneously.

Prepare and monitor project schedules, ensuring milestones and committed timelines are achieved.

Coordinate with designers, clients, contractors, vendors,



and site supervisors for smooth project execution.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, workmanship, and adherence to design specifications.

Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials in coordination with the procurement team.

Identify project risks, resolve site challenges, and proactively prevent delays.

Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and site records.

Conduct client meetings and provide regular updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure all work complies with quality standards, safety guidelines, and company processes.

Coordinate project handover, snag closure, and post-handover support.

Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of residential interior execution, including technical drawings, GFC drawings, construction details, and design documentation.

Sound knowledge of modular furniture manufacturing, installation processes, joinery details, and factory coordination.

Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, hardware, fittings, and current market practices to ensure quality, cost optimization, and timely execution.

Ability to read, interpret, and execute architectural, civil, electrical, plumbing, and interior drawings with accuracy.

Excellent project planning and execution skills.

Strong client-facing communication and relationship management.

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.

Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.

Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and project tracking tools. Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
