Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Pitching: Convert prospective leads into signed projects through consultative design pitches.

- Concept & Material Selection: Present space plans, mood boards, and premium material options to clients.

- BOQs & Proposals: Prepare accurate cost estimates, project proposals, and contracts.

- Client Relations: Manage the client journey from initial discovery to project sign-off.

Requirements

- Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in interior sales, architectural consulting, or luxury real estate/decor account management.

- Core Skills: Strong consultative selling skills, basic understanding of architectural floor plans, drawing sets, and material finishes.

- Software: Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Excel, and presentation tools (Canva/PowerPoint).

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication in English and Hindi (Marathi is an advantage).
