About the Role

We are seeking an Intelligent Process Automation Consultant (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on Intelligent Process Automation (IPA), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI-driven workflow automation, intelligent document processing, business process optimization, and AI-generated automation content evaluation.

In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated automation strategies, business process designs, workflow architectures, automation scripts, intelligent document processing solutions, and enterprise automation recommendations. Your expertise will help improve AI systems designed for digital transformation, hyperautomation, enterprise workflow optimization, and operational excellence.

This position is ideal for professionals with experience in Intelligent Automation, RPA, Business Process Management (BPM), Digital Transformation, Process Consulting, Enterprise Automation, or Operational Excellence.

Responsibilities

- Review AI-generated automation workflows, process maps, solution architectures, automation scripts, bot designs, business requirements, and technical documentation.
- Evaluate enterprise automation opportunities across finance, HR, procurement, customer service, IT operations, supply chain, compliance, and shared services.
- Verify AI-generated recommendations for process optimization, automation governance, workflow orchestration, exception handling, and enterprise integration.
- Assess AI-generated automation solutions for maintainability, reliability, business value,



and production readiness.
- Identify automation risks, workflow bottlenecks, integration issues, process inefficiencies, compliance gaps, and scalability concerns.
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance in intelligent automation, enterprise workflows, and business process optimization.
- Review peer-developed deliverables to maintain quality and consistency standards.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or Master's degree in Information Systems, Process Management, Digital Transformation, or a related discipline is preferred.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Intelligent Process Automation, RPA, Business Process Management, Digital Transformation, Process Consulting, or Enterprise Automation.
- Designing and implementing enterprise automation solutions.
- Conducting process assessments, automation feasibility studies, and ROI analysis.
- Developing automation roadmaps and governance frameworks.
- Reviewing AI-generated automation workflows, process documentation, and architecture designs.
- Driving digital transformation and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Familiarity with OCR technologies, AI/ML-enabled automation, REST APIs, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics 365), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, C#, Java, JavaScript, PowerShell, SQL , or similar technologies is preferred.
- Excellent analytical thinking,

- Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate enterprise automation solutions.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with global consulting firms, enterprise digital transformation programs, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), financial institutions, healthcare organizations, manufacturing companies, retail enterprises, or technology companies.
- Expertise in process discovery, process mining, low-code/no-code automation, enterprise integration, workflow modernization, or AI-powered automation.
- Experience evaluating AI-generated automation architectures, process documentation, workflow diagrams, automation scripts, or transformation strategies.
- Familiarity with Generative AI, prompt engineering, RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback), AI benchmarking, intelligent agents, or AI-assisted business process optimization is highly desirable.
- Skilled certifications such as UiPath Certified Professional , Automation Anywhere Advanced RPA Professional , Blue Prism Professional Developer , Pega Certified System Architect , Appian Certified Associate Developer , or equivalent certifications are advantageous.
