Jai Insurance Brokers PVT LTD, esteemed Insurance broker based in Delhi are looking for Insurance Operations Executive having 2-6 years’ experience in General Insurance Products Policy servicing from inception until post-sales follow-up. These include but are not limited to Fire, Burglary, Marine, CAR, EAR, GMC, GPA, WC & others.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in processing insurance documentation and backend operations

· Coordinate with insurers for policy issuance, quotes, renewals, and endorsements

· Handle customer servicing and query resolution support

· Maintain data and documentation for policies, endorsements, and claims

· Prepare MIS and internal reports as required

· Support sales, inter-departmental communication and operational workflows

Requirements:





· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Insurance Operations Executive in General Insurance .

· Good knowledge of policy types, endorsements, and claim workflows.

· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and insurance software.

· Solid attention to detail and communication skills.
