Job Summary

AGSKart is looking for an experienced Insurance Operations Executive to support its insurance vertical. The candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing insurance quotations, coordinating with insurance companies, managing policy documentation and supporting customers and internal sales teams.

Candidates who have previously worked with an insurance aggregator, insurance broker, web aggregator or multi-insurer platform will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and compare insurance quotations from multiple insurance companies.
- Prepare quotations based on customer requirements, risk details and policy eligibility.
- Handle motor, health, life and other general insurance enquiries.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, brokers and internal teams for policy issuance.
- Verify customer documents, proposal forms, KYC information and supporting records.
- Process new policies, renewals, endorsements and policy modifications.
- Follow up on pending quotations, payments, inspections and policy issuance.
- Maintain accurate records of quotations, policies, renewals and customer interactions.
- Support customers and sales partners by explaining policy benefits, coverage, exclusions and premium details.
- Track policy expiry dates and coordinate renewal reminders.
- Assist customers with basic claim-related documentation and insurer coordination.
- Ensure all insurance operations follow company procedures and regulatory requirements.




- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly insurance business reports.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure timely customer service.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in insurance operations .
- Valuable knowledge of insurance quotation generation and policy processing.
- Experience working with multiple insurance companies and insurance products.
- Understanding of premium calculations, policy coverage, add-ons, deductibles and exclusions.
- Familiarity with insurer portals, aggregator platforms and CRM systems.
- Good documentation, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, email communication and report preparation.

Language Requirements The candidate must be able to communicate effectively in:
- Kannada (To speak)
- English
- Hindi

Preferred Candidate Profile Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with:
- Insurance aggregators or web aggregators
- Insurance brokerage companies
- Online insurance platforms
- Multi-insurer quotation platforms
- Motor or health insurance operations teams
