Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Insurance Advisor role based in the Greater Kolkata Area, with some flexibility for work from home.

The Insurance

Advisor will assess clients’ financial goals and risk profiles, recommend suitable insurance products, and support clients in building comprehensive protection plans. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients, explaining policy features, comparing coverage options, preparing proposals, and assisting with applications and documentation. The role also involves ongoing policy review, renewal support,



and coordination with internal finance and consulting teams to ensure integrated financial solutions.

The Insurance

Advisor is expected to maintain accurate records, follow regulatory and compliance guidelines, and deliver responsive, high-quality customer service.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Insurance knowledge and experience in advising on life, health, and general insurance products.

Candidates should possess Finance skills, including understanding of investments, risk management, and personal or business financial planning.

Candidates should possess Consulting abilities to analyze client needs, provide tailored recommendations, and build long-term advisory relationships.

Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive client experience.

Candidates should possess Communication skills, including transparent verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.

Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field, and applicable insurance certifications or licenses are preferred.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with basic office and CRM software are beneficial.
