Design, develop, and implement engaging learning experiences aligned with business objectiv es.Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver effective solutio ns.Create high-quality instructor-led, e-learning, and blended learning conte nt.Apply instructional design principles and adult learning methodologi es.Evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve content quali ty.Manage multiple projects while meeting timelines and quality standar ds.Stay updated with the latest learning trends, technologies,



and best practic es.Mentor team members and contribute as a Subject Matter Expert (SM E).

What We're Looking For

8+ years of experience in Instructional Design/Learning Experience De sign.Robust expertise in learning theories, adult learning principles, and instructional de sign.Excellent written communication, content development, and editorial sk ills.Strong project management and stakeholder management abili ties.Experience developing learning solutions for global audie nces.
