Role Description The Instructional Designer is a full-time role. This role involves designing and developing engaging learning experiences, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and blended learning programs for corporate and academic clients.
The Instructional
Designer will conduct needs analysis, define learning objectives, and translate technical and manufacturing and engineering domain-specific content into clear, learner-centered materials. Daily work includes creating storyboards, scripts, assessments, and multimedia assets in collaboration with subject matter experts, graphic designers, and developers.
The role also includes evaluating learning effectiveness, refining curricula based on feedback and data, and supporting the ongoing improvement of training programs and learning platforms.The Instructional Designer will also support training delivery teams, optimize content based on learner feedback and performance data, and contribute to continuous improvement of Enggenious digital learning solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Human Resources, or a related field are beneficial
Formal qualification in Instructional Design is an added advantage
Strong skills in Needs Analysis and Learning Management to identify gaps, define objectives, and select appropriate delivery methods
Proven Instructional Design and Curriculum Development skills to create structured, outcome-driven learning solutions.
Learning & Development experience to support facilitation, implementation, and continuous improvement of programs.
Ability to work with digital learning tools, authoring software, and multimedia platforms (e.g., LMS systems, e-learning authoring tools including articulate storyline).
Solid written and visual communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential.
Experience in designing content for technical, engineering, or industrial domains and familiarity with adult learning principles are advantageous.
