Role Description The Installation Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Thiruvottriyur. This role involves installing elevators and lift components according to technical drawings, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include cabling and wiring, mechanical assembly, basic configuration and testing of systems, and assisting with troubleshooting during and after installation.

The technician will collaborate with senior technical staff, coordinate with customers on site access and schedules, and document work completed for service records.



The role also includes performing initial safety checks, supporting handover procedures, and responding to customer concerns related to newly installed equipment.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve installation and performance issues efficiently.

Candidates should possess cabling and basic electrical skills for secure and accurate wiring of elevator systems.

Candidates should possess communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.

Candidates should possess customer satisfaction focus, ensuring installations meet quality, safety, and user expectations.

Relevant technical diploma or certification in electrical, mechanical, or elevator technology is preferred.

Experience in elevator installation, maintenance, or related field service work is an advantage.

Ability to work at heights, follow safety protocols, and use hand and power tools safely.

Willingness to work on-site in Thiruvottriyur and adapt to varying project schedules.
