Role

:We are looking for dynamic Inside Sales Specialist in Azure inside sales to join our Hyderabad-based GTM team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cloud-based lead generation, strong understanding of Microsoft Azure offerings, and proven success in driving early-stage sales cycles for cloud services

.This role will play a pivotal part in strengthening our Azure GTM motion, accelerating pipeline development, and supporting co-selling and collaboration with Microsoft field teams .

• Qualificati onIdentify, prospect, and engage decision-makers across enterprise and mid-market account s.Execute targeted outbound campaigns aligned with WCT's Azure GTM initiative s.Conduct high-quality discovery calls to qualify customer needs, timelines, and budget s.Nurture leads through early stages to build strong sales-ready pipeline for the field tea m.Azure GTM &





• Co-sell Alignme ntDrive outreach for Azure-specific offerings such as modernization, migration, Data &

• AI, and securit y.Align outreach with Microsoft-funded programs like AMM, Azure Innovate, and FastTrac k.Inbound &

• Outbound Responsivene ssRespond promptly to inbound leads, RFPs, and customer inquirie s.Maintain consistent cadence-driven outreach to maximize conversion s.Ensure follow-ups, documentation, and CRM hygiene are maintained at all time s.Sales Enablement &

• Collaborati onWork closely with GTM, Pre-sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to support customer conversation s.Schedule customer meetings, demos, assessments, and workshop s.Document insights, objections, and competitive intelligence to improve win rate s.Required Qualification s:Inside Sales or Lead Generation experience in the Microsoft Azure ecosyste m.Robust understanding of Azure workloads: Migration, App Modernization, Data &

• AI, Security, DevOps, et c.Experience working with Microsoft field teams, PDMs, or co-sell program s.Excellent communication, articulation, and customer engagement skill s.Experience using CRM tools (Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.

Qualification s:Familiarity with Microsoft funding programs (AMM, Innovate, AI Readiness Assessments

).Exposure to Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-305, DP-900, etc.
