Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist role at makeO_skin is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The specialist will handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with potential customers, and convert leads generated through various marketing channels into confirmed appointments or sales. Daily responsibilities include understanding customer needs, explaining makeO_skin’s services and offerings, providing accurate information on treatments and pricing, and following up diligently to maximize conversions.

Specialist is expected to consistently meet targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and professional communication. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience in converting inquiries into sales or appointments.

Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction abilities, focusing on building trust, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and a professional phone and in-person presence.

Previous experience in B2C sales, healthcare, beauty, wellness, or similar consumer-facing industries is beneficial.

Ability to work in office in Mumbai, meet sales targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
