Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Intern role based in Bengaluru.

The Inside Sales

Intern will support the sales team by identifying and qualifying leads through calls, emails, and online research. The role involves maintaining and updating lead databases, scheduling meetings or demos, and following up with prospects to nurture interest. The intern will assist in understanding customer needs, presenting product information, and helping address basic inquiries to support customer satisfaction.





Daily tasks also include coordinating with internal teams, preparing simple sales reports, and contributing to a positive, collaborative sales environment.

Qualifications

Strong interest in Inside Sales with the ability to support sales cycles and collaborate with the sales team.

Skills in Lead Generation, including researching prospects, outreach, and qualifying opportunities.

Focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a customer-first mindset and willingness to resolve basic issues.

Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and explicit interaction style.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Comfortable working on-site in Bengaluru and using CRM or sales tools (training can be provided).

Ability to work in a team, organize tasks, and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
