Are you a driven sales leader ready to build and scale a high-performance inside sales function? We're looking for an experienced Inside Sales Head to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth in the IT services domain.

About the Role

Lead end-to-end inside sales operations – from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals.



You'll own our strategy around Salesforce, ServiceNow, Appian, Pega, and Data Transformation solutions while building a world-class sales team and driving consistent revenue targets.

What We're Looking For

✅ 10+ years of overall experience in sales

✅ 8+ years of relevant experience in Inside/B2B Sales within IT services, specifically in the US Market

✅ Deep expertise in selling Salesforce, ServiceNow, Appian, Pega, or Data Transformation

✅ Proven track record of exceeding sales targets

✅Should have experience managing an Inside Sales Team

✅ Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams

✅ Robust pipeline management and CRM proficiency

✅ Prior experience selling to US/global markets

✅ Background in IT staffing or consulting sales models The Role Specifics:
