? About the Role

We are looking for a driven and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. Candidates with prior EdTech / Education / Training Institute sales experience will be highly preferred.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to convert leads into successful enrollments.

? Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.

Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.

Convert qualified leads into admissions/enrollments.

Maintain consistent follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline.

Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Build robust relationships with prospective students/customers.

Work closely with the sales and operations teams to improve conversions.

✅ Requirements

Experience: 1+ year in Inside Sales / Telesales / Business Development.





EdTech / Education / Training Institute experience is highly preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Target-driven with a strong sales mindset.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Candidates based in Chennai are preferred.

? Compensation & Performance Incentives

Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month

? Target: ₹20,00,000 monthly revenue

? On achieving the ₹20,00,000 target:

₹10,000 Fixed Salary + ₹30,000 Performance Bonus

? Above ₹20,00,000 Target:

Additional Incentives will be provided based on the applicable incentive structure.
