Position: Non-IT Recruiter (Junior / Senior)
Experience: 3 - 6 Years
Location: Coimbatore

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across industries such as Civil, Construction, Engineering, FMCG, Automobile, Manufacturing, Chemical, and related sectors. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver quality hires within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Recruitment Operations

- Maintain and update the recruitment tracker/ATS accurately.
- Prepare and share daily and weekly recruitment reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes and client requirements.
- Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets while adhering to delivery timelines.
- Handle multiple job openings simultaneously and prioritize hiring requirements effectively.
- Support team members with sourcing assistance and market intelligence when required.





Client & Candidate Management (Senior Recruiter)

- Understand client hiring requirements and deliver quality profiles within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback, and provide regular hiring updates.
- Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Represent the organization professionally in all client and candidate interactions.

Interview & Offer Management (Senior Recruiter)

- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Manage salary negotiations, offer rollout, and onboarding activities.

Required Skills

- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Positive time management and organizational skills.

Eligibility

Experience: 36 years in Non-IT Recruitment.

Preferred Industry Exposure

Civil, Construction, Engineering, Automobile, Manufacturing, FMCG, Chemical, or related industries.

Educational Qualification

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, ECE, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- MBA (HR) is preferred.
