Role Description:

This is a full-time role based in the Hyderabad . The Customer Success Executive will manage a portfolio of school accounts, ensuring successful onboarding, implementation, training, support, and effective use of the platform.

The role involves addressing customer queries, coordinating with internal teams for issue resolution, conducting regular stakeholder reviews, gathering feedback, driving customer satisfaction and retention, identifying upselling opportunities, and ensuring timely renewals.

The executive will also track account health, document customer interactions, and should be willing to travel based on business requirements.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Solid customer support and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in customer retention, account management,



renewals, and upselling.

Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive product adoption.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple school accounts and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, or education services is preferred.

Willingness to travel based on client requirements.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and PowerPoint.
Basic knowledge of HTML.

Should be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
