- We are looking for an experienced Accountant with 5+ years of experience in the Garment Export Industry.
- The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tally Prime, export accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, balance sheet finalization, and advanced MS Excel.
- The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, export documentation accounting, and coordinating with the Chartered Accountant for finalization of financial statements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle complete accounting activities using Tally Prime.
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries, journal vouchers, payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, and bank transactions.
- Maintain General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Handle export accounting, including export invoices, packing credit, foreign remittances, shipping bills, export incentives, and realization of export proceeds.
- Prepare and file GST returns, reconcile GST records, and ensure statutory compliance.
- Deduct and deposit TDS, prepare TDS returns, and maintain compliance records.
- Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for balance sheet finalization, statutory audit,



tax audit, and annual financial statements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile customer and vendor accounts.
- Monitor cash flow, outstanding receivables, and payable schedules.
- Handle payroll accounting and statutory deductions, if applicable.
- Prepare MIS reports for management.
- Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, government departments, and internal stakeholders whenever required.

Required Skills

- Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience in a Garment Export House.
- Strong hands-on experience in Tally Prime.
- Excellent knowledge of Export Accounting and export transactions.
- Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in Balance Sheet Finalization with Chartered Accountant.
- Robust knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Gender - Male.
