- 15+ years of HR experience with 8+ years in a Strategic HRBP role, supporting large business units.
- Proven experience partnering with Senior Directors, AVPs, and Business Leaders to drive people strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Strong expertise in Talent Management - retention, employee engagement, succession planning, leadership development, career management, and performance management.
- Hands-on experience driving Performance Management, including PIPs, top/bottom performer interventions, rewards, incentives, and retention initiatives. Experience collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, COEs, Compensation & Benefits, and other HR functions to execute end-to-end people strategies.
- Robust data-driven decision-making skills with experience analysing HR metrics, presenting insights to leadership, and driving actionable outcomes.
- Demonstrated capability in Change Management, Organizational Design, Culture Building, D&I;, and HR transformation initiatives across large organizations.
