Role & responsibilities

- Ensure availability of Relationship Managers, Senior Relationship Managers & Area In-charge on ground for managing RMs & households
- Manage panel lifecycle (Recruitment/ Training/ Maintenance) for the mapped households via Relationship Managers, Senior Relationship Managers & Area In-charge
- Ensure meter and accessories availability at Relationship Managers end for managing panel households
- Learning and development / Training from time to time for Relationship Managers, Senior Relationship Managers & Area In-charge
- Implement and ensure system and process adherence at ground level
- Ownership of assigned territory and control panel leakage / vigilance alertness
- Household, RM & SRM audit from time to time for better control on deliverables
- Manage escalation on time & resolve issues / challenges on the ground
- Smooth & timely execution of upcoming and existing projects for rollout via Relationship Managers & Senior Relationship Managers• Different projects as additional opportunities and responsibilities
- Micro-management of Relationship Managers, Senior Relationship Managers
