Job Description:

Codilar is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to work closely with top management in executing key business strategies and managing company-wide projects. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in project management, with the ability to coordinate across departments, handle company-related products, and support stakeholders in business strategy development and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with top management to develop, implement, and monitor strategic business plans.
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects involving various departments, ensuring timely and efficient execution aligned with top management's objectives.
- Take ownership of company-related products and oversee their completion by coordinating with relevant teams.
- Act as a liaison between top management and various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up on project deliverables and action items.
- Prepare presentations,



reports, and business documents for key meetings and strategy sessions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with cross-functional teams to implement them effectively.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in project management, coordinating business-related projects, or a similar role.
- Robust project management skills with experience in handling complex, multi-departmental projects.
- Proven ability to work closely with top management and influence business decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to take initiative, demonstrate ownership, and work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
