Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Pega Developer with hands-on expertise in Pega Constellation Architecture and a valid Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade Pega applications using the latest Pega Infinity platform and Constellation UI. The role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience working in Agile environments. Constellation emphasizes configuration over customization and uses a up-to-date architecture with reusable UI components and the DX API.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Pega Infinity and Constellation.
- Build case types, data models, user interfaces, and business rules using App Studio and Dev Studio.
- Develop reusable components, workflows, decision rules, and integrations.
- Implement Constellation UI best practices with minimal customizations.
- Integrate Pega applications with REST/SOAP APIs and external systems.
- Debug, optimize, and troubleshoot application issues.
- Perform unit testing and support SIT/UAT activities.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Pega guardrails and best practices.
- Support application deployments and production releases.

Required Skills:





- 48 years of experience in Pega application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Pega Constellation Architecture.
- Valid Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification.
- Experience with Pega Infinity (8.x/23.x/24.x).

- Experience in REST/SOAP integrations.

- Pega LSA certification (preferred).
- Experience with Deployment Manager and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, React, or front-end technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Domain experience in Banking, Insurance, or Healthcare.

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) Mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience migrating applications from Cosmos to Constellation.
- Familiarity with Pega GenAI features and modern Pega capabilities.
- Experience working on enterprise-scale Pega implementations
