Senior Relationship Manager (SRM)

Deputy Sales Manager (DSM)

Key Responsibilities

Generate business through Open Market Sales.

Source and acquire customers for Micro LAP (Loan Against Property) and other secured lending products.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and loan disbursement.

Eligibility

Experience in NBFC/Banking Sales (Any Lending Product)

Solid field sales and customer acquisition skills

Good communication and relationship management skills
